100% of donations support our work - this includes platform development, conservation-focused content, educational resources, community outreach and maintaining the digital platform that connects people to Africa’s stories and voices. We allocate funds thoughtfully to where they’re needed most to maximise impact.
Can I remain anonymous when donating?
Yes! If you prefer to stay anonymous, simply check the “Remain Anonymous” box during your donation. We respect your privacy and will never share your name without your permission. If this box is not ticked, we may share your name in our online communications to thank you for your donation.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use trusted payment providers like PayPal and Stripe, which employ advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your information. We do NOT receive or store any of your financial data.
Can I donate without creating an account?
Yes, you don’t need to create an account to donate. Our system makes it easy to give quickly and securely without any hassle.
Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
Yes, you will get an automatic confirmation email with your donation details. If you need an official receipt for tax or other purposes, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I change or cancel my donation?
All donations are unable to be refunded once completed. For one-off donations, once completed, they cannot be cancelled as the funds are immediately allocated to our work. For recurring donations, you can cancel anytime through your PayPal account or by contacting us. Recurring donations are automatically taken each calendar month, unless cancelled.
Do you accept donations from outside the UK?
Yes, we welcome support from anywhere in the world! Payments are processed via PayPal or Stripe, which accepts multiple currencies.
